Here's what I was able to come up with...
As you can see I ran with the "Be Smart" theme. I had 12x12 posters made up for each of the ward's bulletin boards. Hopefully this will help get the youth to attend. It's a great way for kids to get a little extra help with homework. I also created some coordinating labels to wrap around Smartie candies to pass out to all the youth in the stake to help them remember to come. ( 400 of them) We sat and stuck the labels on during Smart Night last night. Hopefully the theme will catch on and everyone will remember to come.
I even brought my big popcorn popper for treats!
